Wax worm and plastic?

Don't know how to upload links be was reading in Spain they discovered that wax worms can degrade plastic's
Hoping someone can find links.

EF has a thread on this subject with the link to the article. I don't know how to put the link to it in this reply but if you search wax worms you'll find it. Pretty cool, huh? :)
