We can see -20 with 50mph sustained wind in the winter with a LOT of snow, and that creates MASSIVE drifting.  We can also see 105 in the summer with high humidity.   So... that = the worst of both worlds?

I am thinking one way or the other would be the way to go...   Up where Perry is, or down south like NuggetShooter. Then you only have to really deal with one extreme of the other, not both.

The fun in it is not having to relocate where you sit to drink Zweef's awesome beverages as often!   ;D
