Nectar and Pollen Plants for Massachusetts Beekeepers
« on: April 06, 2016, 08:31:34 am »
Moderators:  Feel free to move this to another more appropriate thread.

Here is an excellent list of nectar and pollen plants specifically for beekeepers in Massachusetts.  The list also includes the sugar concentrations of some species.  The sugar concentration info could be valuable to all beekeepers.

Thanks Baker That is a very comprehensive list of plants, many will find quite a few of these plants growing in their area. With it listing the benefits to the bees by time of year, whether it produces pollen, nectar or both and with it providing the sugar concentration This list is worth printing out fir all beekeepers regardless of where you live.

This is awesome!  We are not that far from the Massachusetts border, so this list is applicable to my area.  This is being bookmarked.  Thanks so much!🌻🌻
