Plenty of 'coon and squirrel in the freezer. Perry can have choice, as he's the guest.

The Raccoon was good but you should still go for the squirrel Perry. Squirrel is right at the top of the grocery list when I pick up the rifle.

The wife sent me some links to a place she is looking at in Maine..  if and when we get a place there, I'll have to set up a NE gathering and Drag Perry down to it.

Just a quick tip, anyone who makes the effort to visit Iddee and I when I am down there should send me their shirt size in advance, and you may end up with some Canadian swag. ;)

Those good old boys in South Louisiana and Mississippi will fight you over a soft shelled turtle.  It does make a great stew.

I prefer acorn squash pie. It taste somewhere between sweet potato and pumpkin pie.
